Fishing Report from TPWD (Nov. 13)

GOOD. Water stained; 68 degrees; 7.72 feet below pool. Water clarity ranges from muddy in the north end to stained in the main lake. Look out for floating debris if you are on the water the next week or so. Catfish have been excellent in the river and feeder creeks. Cut Shad and prepared baits will work. Crappie continue to be good on minnows and jigs. The 380 bridge and offshore brush piles have been best. Sand bass and hybrids are still together and moving about the main lake. Slabs fished close to the bottom, and around the structure will catch them. Largemouth bass are good on swimbaits and flat billed crankbaits. Main lake points and docks are the best bet.
